Although we all knew it was coming, it still doesn’t make it this news any less sad.
Jade Goody lost her battle to cancer early this morning in her home in Essex, Southeast England.
The reality star managed to touch the lives of many people over the past few weeks when her battle with the terminal disease was publicised in an effort for her to make money for her two sons after her death.
Even the Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, has issued a statement following the release of the tragic news:
“I was deeply saddened to hear the news of Jade Goody’s death,” he said in a statement. “She was a courageous woman both in life and death and the whole country have admired her determination to provide a bright future for her children.”
